Will there be travel or security fees?

Here’s the breakdown:

• Travel Costs: For events located more than 60 miles from the Coordinator's base of operations and ending after 10:00 PM, an overnight accommodation fee will apply.

• Additional Travel Costs: For out of state events (outside of North Carolina), the Client will be responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to lodging, airfare, parking, tolls, and meals.

• Security Requirement: If your venue requires it (or your guest count calls for it), it’s the Client's responsibility to hire licensed security for the event.
